IN STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return unworn products with tags and a receipt within 7 days for exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS ON IN STORE PURCHASES.
Any return outside of this return window is subject to a discounted credit, discounted exchange or refusal.
FINAL SALE on swimwear, intimates, bodysuits and all discounted or sale items (including last call items discounted).
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Web orders are eligible for a refund or store credit (depending on item) if shipped back to our Online Returns Department within 14 days of order delivery. Please request a return through our online portal at:
Any return shipped outside of the return window, even with a return approval will be automatically refunded as a store credit.
All in-store pick-ups must be returned back to store as our system does not allow us to create return labels for orders not shipped.
- RETURN SHIPPING FEES: ALL returns will incur a $7.99 return shipping fee per package that will be deducted from any refund or store credit (unless returned in person to one of our shops).
- SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNT CODES - All sale items and items purchased at a discount with codes (excluding welcome code) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS and are exchange or store credit only - including pre-orders purchased with a discount.
- Shipping charges paid for by customer are not refundable.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
- All additional 50% off sales are Final Sale.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. A $25 shoebox fee will be imposed if returned without the original shoebox.
- All beauty products may be returned only if unopened and unused, unless defective.
- All face masks are not returnable.
- Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
- We do not offer exchanges, customers must purchase the alternative size they would like on the site.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
We are not liable for missing packages once tracking provides confirmation of delivery to provided address.
We are unable to make any adjustments to orders or apply any discounts after an order has been shipped. Only one promotional code can be applied to an order at any time.
Gift Card Policy: Gift cards purchased or received through store credit are valid for 3 years from creation. Gift cards if lost, stolen or from previous POS systems, must be able to be verified with an account name and number to be recovered.

How should I send my return back?
Domestic
- Request a pre-paid label through our return portal at www.vidamoulin.com/returns within 14 days of the order delivery from our offices.
- Securely repack your items in the bag provided in your package.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt if provided one
- Affix our Prepaid Return Label to the package and drop off.
- Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup within 10 days of receiving.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Online orders can be returned at our store in Phoenix, AZ.
Note: You must present original invoice receipt when you take items back to our store.
International
Customers placing international orders are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it. International customers are liable for customs fees, duties, or tariffs that may incur during shipping process.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at VIDA MOULIN Returns Department within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from VIDA MOULIN.
Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
